Part of a Grade 2 listed historic former hotel inn that has entertained guests since the 17th century! Overlooking RSPB coastal nature reserve, Freiston Coast. Our guesthouse b & b is close to Manchester, Skegness, Spalding and Lincolnshire Fen towns, with views of the Wash and North Norfolk coastline. If you are looking for peaceful guesthouse or bed and breakfast  to pursue walking, canoeing, cycling, bird watching, landscape painting, short breaks or holidays to explore Lincolnshire then our Guesthouse is the place for you.

Breakfast is included with all our room prices and we are happy to cook you an evening meal to eat in your  room, at a table or out on the terrace. We pride ourselves on our good home cooked food which apart from our great building and location attracts many repeat customers and good reviews.
